Job Description

Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new category opportunities and assess their potential for expansion. Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Define category expansion roadmaps, set success metrics, and execute strategic plans to drive growth. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and operations, to build scalable category solutions. Execution & Operational Implementation: Lead the operational setup of new categories, ensuring seamless execution from pilot to scale. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with category expansion objectives and driving high performance. Partnership & Vendor Management: Identify and establish key partnerships to accelerate category growth and enhance service offerings. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor category performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvements to maximize impact. Process Automation & Efficiency: Implement technology-driven solutions to optimize category expansion operations. You ll Thrive in This Role If You: Have 6-8 years of experience in business expansion, category management, strategy, or a similar role. Have led category expansion as a charter, with 0-1 experience in launching and establishing new categories or business lines. Possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and make informed decisions. Have excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of driving strategic initiatives. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively across teams and external partners. Thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of high-impact projects.
