Job Description: The Eye Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced Cataract Surgeon to join our team at our branches in Tuticorin, Namakkal, and Sivakasi. The ideal candidate should be proficient in performing cataract surgeries with a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities: -Perform high-volume cataract surgeries (Phacoemulsification and other techniques). -Diagnose and treat various ophthalmic conditions related to cataracts. -Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments. -Ensure high standards of surgical outcomes and patient safety. -Collaborate with other ophthalmologists and medical staff for comprehensive patient care. -Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmic surgery and technology. Qualifications & Experience: -Education: MBBS + MS/DOMS in Ophthalmology with Fellowship in Cataract Surgery -Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Cataract Surgery. -Surgical Volume: Must have independently performed at least 500+ cataract surgeries. Skills & Competencies: -Proficiency in Phacoemulsification techniques. -Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. -Excellent patient management and communication abilities. -Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume surgical setting.
