Cataloguing Executive

We are seeking a Cataloguing Executive with a strong understanding of Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and other ecommerce marketplaces, who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding our product catalog.

The ideal candidate will have experience in catalog management, data analysis, and e-commerce product listing optimization, along with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of Marketplace’s best practices for content creation, SEO, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings on marketplaces. Ensure all product data (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, etc.) are accurate, complete, and optimized for search.
• SEO Optimization: Implement and optimize product listings for marketplace’s search algorithm. Use keywords and strategies that improve product visibility and drive traffic to listings.
• Content Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards for product content, ensuring all listings meet marketplace’s guidelines and the company’s branding.
• Enhanced brand content (A+ Content) Creation: Understands A+ & Enhanced Brand Content part.
• Catalog Expansion: Collaborate with the merchandising and product teams to ensure all new products are added efficiently and are aligned with marketplace’s cataloging standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of listings, including click-through rates. Develop strategies to improve underperforming listings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across product listings and campaigns.
• Customer Queries and Feedback Management: Monitor and address customer feedback related to product descriptions, ensuring any issues are promptly resolved.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay updated on marketplace’s policies, including product compliance, brand guidelines, and platform changes. Ensure all listings meet marketplace’s standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
