Catalog Executive / Catalog Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Category Executive to help us manage and grow our

e-commerce catalog. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high-quality listings, launching

new products, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for

nuts and bolts of category management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product catalog listings across online platforms.
• Ensure every listing is accurate from product titles and descriptions to images and

pricing.

• Work closely with the design team to coordinate and upload high-quality product

images.

• Run regular audits to check listing quality and ensure everything aligns with

platform standards.

• Support new product launches including preparing listings and coordinating go-live

timelines.

• Monitor catalog performance and provide actionable insights to improve visibility,

conversions, and customer experience.

• Handle operational aspects of order processing, including monitoring order flow,

and ensuring timely fulfillment. This includes updating order status, resolving

discrepancies, and ensuring customers receive accurate and on-time deliveries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Create and maintain reports using MS Excel to track performance across catalog,

sales, and operations.

• Use Shopify to manage product data, inventory, and order workflows.

What We’re Looking For

 2+ years of experience in e-commerce (shopify), catalog management, or a

similar role.

 Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

 Familiarity with Shopify especially product and order management tools.

 An eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

 Genuine interest in e-commerce, consumer behavior, and digital marketplaces.

 Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with internal and external

stakeholders.

 Proactive problem-solver who can handle tasks independently and take

initiative.
