Job Description

Your responsibilities: Billing & Money: Scan items accurately and enter product codes. Take all payments: Cash, UPI, Card. Help Customers: Smile and say hello to everyone. Answer easy questions (like "Where is the flour?"). Stay calm and polite if a customer is upset or the bill is wrong. Store Help: Keep the billing desk clean and tidy. Quickly stock small items near the counter (chocolates, etc.). Tell the Manager immediately if the billing computer or machine has a problem. Sales: Politely tell customers about daily discounts or special items. We Need You To Be: Honest, reliable, and punctual. Good at basic math (counting change quickly). Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
