Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cashier to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles and Responsibility

Managing cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Providing exceptional customer service to guests and resolving their queries promptly.
Maintaining accurate records of cash receipts and payments.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Implementing effective cash management systems to minimize errors and maximize profits.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Cashier or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using cash register software and other relevant technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
