Cash Accounting Analyst (Returnship Program)

Role Overview: As a Cash Accounting Analyst in the Treasury and Cash Accounting department at Kenvue, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations team. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals globally, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of cash management processes. Your focus will be on ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting Treasury and Holding Company related accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Support the vision, strategy, and delivery of the Treasury and Cash Account to Report processes globally for Kenvue. - Implement cash management operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Assist in handling Cash and Bank transactions along with other Treasury and Holding Company related accounting activities. - Ensure compliance with SLA commitments, while fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements. - Follow documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain a consistent, high-quality standard across regions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's level degree in Accounting. - Preferably a CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification. - 1-3 years of experience in Cash Accounting, General Accounting, or Financial Reporting. - Proficiency in Accounting Systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office/Applications. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Open to new ideas, rapid changes, and new technologies. - Organized and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines.
