Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager located in Kolkata. The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing patient care, providing support and advocacy for patients, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment. Day-to-day tasks include developing personalized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
