Job Description

Location: Mumbai-Colaba, Horniman Circle, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan.

Pune- Baner

Key Responsibilities

Acquire
new CASA accounts
through cold calls, field visits, references, and lead conversion.
Achieve monthly
CASA balance and sourcing targets
as per bank guidelines.
Maintain and deepen customer relationships to ensure higher product penetration.
Explain product features, account benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Conduct KYC verification and ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and RBI norms.
Generate leads for cross-sell products like insurance, loans, FD/RD, debit cards, and digital banking.
Handle customer queries and provide quick resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong coordination with branch teams, operations, and sales managers.
