'www.koolatron.comBelow are some key criteria we consider and the job role.Work location: Viman Nagar PuneShift: 11:30 AM to 09:30 PM Job DescriptionDevelop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach to drive sales.Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads. REQUIREMENTSEducational Criteria Minimum Qualification Preferred Bachelors Degree in : first class throughout (60% minimum) Business Administration (BBA) or Management: Information Technology or Computer Science: In cases where understanding eCommerce platforms, websites, and digital tools is essential. Economics: Helps in understanding market demand, pricing strategies, and customer behaviour. Commerce (B. Com): Strong foundation in business, finance, and operations, which is helpful in eCommerce sales. 2. Relevant Certifications Digital Marketing Certifications: From platforms like Google, HubSpot, or Coursera, focusing on SEO, SEM etc., eCommerce Platform Training/certifications: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like amazon, Shopify or Magento. 3. Experience with Online Education Online courses, workshops, or training related to eCommerce, sales platforms. 4. Excel Skills: We need the applicant to be well versed with the basic excel and formulas.
