We are looking for a talented and creative Video Creator/Animator to produce high-quality children’s animated content similar to Masha and the Bear and Peppa Pig. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation, storytelling, and character-driven video production tailored to young audiences. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of what captivates and entertains children. Key Responsibilities:Animation Production: Create 2D or 3D animations, ensuring smooth character movements and expressive storytelling.Storytelling: Develop engaging and relatable stories for young children, incorporating fun, humor, and educational elements.Character Design: Design and animate appealing characters and settings that resonate with the target audience.Collaboration: Work closely with scriptwriters, voice actors, and sound designers to bring stories to life.Scene Composition: Handle scene design, lighting, and color schemes to create vibrant visuals.Project Management: Manage timelines and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.Sound Design Integration: Collaborate on voiceovers, sound effects, and background music to enhance the overall viewing experience.Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends in children’s media and incorporate innovative ideas into production. Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Degree or certification in Animation, Graphic Design, Media Production, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).Technical Proficiency: Expertise in animation tools such as Toon Boom, Maya, Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar software.Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in children’s animation or similar projects.Storytelling Skills: Proven ability to craft engaging stories and develop characters for a young audience.Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of animation principles, character rigging, and scene composition.Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.Knowledge of Children's Media: Understanding of what makes shows like Masha and the Bear and Peppa Pig successful and engaging. Preferred Qualifications:Experience creating episodic content for children.Proficiency in AI-based 3D modelling and animation tools.Knowledge of AI tools or pipelines to streamline animation production.Familiarity with cultural or regional elements that enhance relatability for the target audience.Experience with sound design and integrating voiceovers into animations.
