Job Description

Prepare accurate cost estimations and tender documents for interior fit-out projects. Conduct thorough quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labor cost analysis. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimations. Review project specifications, drawings, nd related documentation to ensure precise estimations. Research and source materials and subcontractor quotes to maintain a comprehensive pricing database. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and industry standards in the interior fit-out sector. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in architectural /Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in the interior fit-out industry, preferably in Dubai. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and cost estimation techniques. Proficiency in estimation software and tools (AutoCAD, Primavera, costX, etc.). Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accurate quantities and cost calculations. Effective communication skills. Three - five years of proven experience in interior fit out & joinery estimation. Driving license is an added value
