Job Title: Carpenter Company: 3 Star Projects Industry: Furniture Manufacturing Location: Dombivli East, Thane Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 10 years preferred Job Summary: 3 Star Projects is seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our growing team in Dombivli East, Thane. The ideal candidate should have experience in custom woodwork and furniture manufacturing, with the ability to read blueprints, use carpentry tools proficiently, and deliver high-quality finishing. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, including the fabrication and installation of modular furniture, fittings, and wooden structures. Key Responsibilities: Blueprint Reading: Understand and interpret technical drawings and layout plans to determine job requirements. Material Handling & Cutting: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminates, and other materials accurately as per design specifications. Furniture & Fixture Installation: Install doors, windows, drawers, trims, modular fittings, and hardware with precision. Repair & Maintenance: Repair or replace damaged furniture or wooden structures when needed. Measurement Accuracy: Take and verify precise measurements to ensure flawless execution of design. Workspace Management: Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety protocols, and keep the work area clean and organized. Time & Material Estimation: Provide realistic estimates for material requirements and completion time. Client Interaction: Communicate progress updates to supervisors or clients as needed and understand their expectations clearly. Creative Input: Suggest improvements and practical solutions to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
