Job Description

Job Title: Caretaker (Elderly Care – Home Based)Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Caretaker to take care of elderly individuals at home. The caretaker will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, handling dementia patients, and performing basic nursing and personal care duties. Key Responsibilities:Provide daily assistance with bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Handle dementia and bedridden patients with care, patience, and empathy. Perform basic nursing duties such as monitoring vital signs and administering medications (as instructed). Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the elder’s living area. Offer companionship and emotional support to the elder. Communicate regularly with family members about the elder’s health and wellbeing. Shift Details:24-hour shift: Three meals will be provided. 10-hour or 12-hour shift: One meal will be provided. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on experience and shift type) Location: Bangalore all areas Requirements:Experience in elderly care, home nursing, or similar roles preferred. Ability to handle dementia patients and perform personal care tasks. Patient, trustworthy, and physically fit. Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and caregiving best practices.
