Education: An MBA or any equivalent qualification Job Description: Plan, manage and deliver on multiple customer mandates Independently drive business and operations initiatives to ensure revenue targets Build and nurture client accounts to maximize revenue potential. Accountable for business management strategy and growth of Chennai geography. Be a single point of contact for customers addressing all the clients needs. Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery Help conceptualize, formulate, implement, and monitor recruiting strategies across the region as per organizational structure, existing capabilities, and business plans. Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist sourcing and client advisory activities Manage a team of Consultants to ensure on-time deliverables and customer delight Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team Responsible for strategic account management and delivery management P&L management, Stakeholder management (Internal and External) and Team management Experience: Should have 10-15 years of experience in recruitment industry. Managed -Flexi staffing Should have strong Industry insights to be able to advice and counsel clients and candidates Skills Required: Proven experience of managing recruitment in C2H hiring. Deep expertise in sourcing, ability to manage delivery efforts for a wide range of clientele, excellent in managing expectations across various stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Proven experience in building and managing high-performance and distributed teams (hiring, mentoring, goal orientation, training, performance review etc.) Ability to independently interface with clients and manage transactions. Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills. Highly energetic and motivated individual
