Key Responsibilities


Conduct regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with school and college stakeholders, including principals, professors, and career counsellors, to build and maintain strong institutional relationships

Schedule, organize, and deliver impactful seminars and presentations to student groups (ranging from 50 to 100 attendees), showcasing our programs and career development opportunities

Proactively engage with educational institutions to secure seminar dates and participation, ensuring alignment with outreach and admissions targets

Plan, implement, and manage offline marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive student interest

Support and execute innovative marketing and admissions strategies aimed at enhancing program awareness and generating leads

Follow up on leads generated through seminars and outreach activities via phone calls, and convert prospective students into confirmed admissions


Qualifications


● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline

● Minimum experience of candidates with 2–5 years in B2B sales

Background in student counselling, academic advisory, or admissions is an advantage

Candidates who are open to building a long-term career in Sales and have a natural flair for it
