Understanding all product offerings with the respective pricing policies, including colleges of that course Handling the enrolment walk-ins / counselling Handling telephonic inquiries Should be ready to work with monthly targets Cold calling and generating leads for the enrolments Assisting the outdoor marketing activities Maintain database (File-Soft & hard) of walk-ins and telephonic enquires with updated status (reference for future follow-ups) Contributing to data collection, tie-ups, meetings, etc. ERP entry putting the receipt in place every time Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above
