Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bareilly for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will work directly with students and professionals to provide career guidance and support. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, identifying clients’ career goals, assisting with career plans, and offering advice on career management strategies. The role may also involve collaboration with educational institutions and conducting workshops to promote career development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing tailored career advice
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to provide constructive feedback
• Empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate clients
• A strong understanding of job market trends and career opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
