Job Title: Career Counsellor – Study Abroad / India Location: Multiple Offices across Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Welcome Salary: No bar for the right candidate About Us: We are a growing educational consultancy dedicated to guiding students in shaping their academic and professional futures. With a core focus on MBBS programs in Georgia and a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the USA, UK, and Europe, we are expanding our team to support students across Gujarat. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents regarding educational opportunities in India and abroad Guide students through the process of selecting courses, universities, applications, and visa requirements Offer in-depth knowledge on study destinations like Georgia (MBBS), USA, UK, and Europe Build and maintain strong communication with students to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion Conduct virtual and in-person counselling sessions and participate in school/college seminars Maintain accurate documentation of student records using CRM or data management tools Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams to ensure timely processing Represent the organization at educational fairs and promotional events Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field (minimum qualification) Fluent communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and confident personality Ability to convincingly present information and build trust Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM usage) Willingness to travel locally when required Candidates with previous experience in education counselling or study abroad consultancy will be preferred, but freshers with potential are also encouraged to apply What We Offer: Salary no bar for the right candidate Attractive performance-based incentives Training and growth opportunities within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment A chance to impact students’ lives and career paths How to Apply: Send your updated resume with a recent photo to career@justabroad.co or contact us at via whatsapp +918511555843 for further details.
