Job Title: Career Counseling Intern (Paid Internship)Duration: 6 MonthsLocation: Gurgaon, Haryana Preferred Qualification: Recent Psychology Graduates About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Career Counseling Interns to support ourcounseling initiatives during the admission season. This role offers a hands-on opportunity toguide students in making informed career choices and gain practical experience incounseling. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting one-on-one career counseling sessions with students. Guide students on college selection, career pathways, and entrance exams. Address queries related to courses, admission processes, and career prospects. Support in organizing webinars, workshops, and online/offline student engagement activities. Maintain records of counseling interactions and provide timely follow-ups. Collaborate with senior counselors to enhance the counseling process. Requirements: Recent graduate in Psychology or a related field (counseling experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for guiding and mentoring students. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle student queries effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic online research skills.
