Staying informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings. Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance the sales process. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Negotiate compensation and other terms with candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements. Knowledge of working with #OPT/ #CPT, #H1B, #EAD, #GreenCard, and US citizens is preferred. Balancing multiple accounts and sales efforts efficiently. Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently. Ability to build and maintain client relationships or be friendly with social media accounts.
