You will play a crucial role in helping participants choose the right courses based on their strengths and goals, ultimately contributing to their career growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver sales targets by engaging with interested participants - Discuss career and educational goals with participants to understand their needs - Assist participants in selecting courses that align with their objectives - Demonstrate a genuine interest in the development and success of each participant **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any field; Master's degree is preferred - Minimum of two years of relevant experience; freshers are also encouraged to apply - Comfortable with making calls to prospective participants and engaging with them in person - Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English, with the ability to interact effectively with senior corporate executives - Basic knowledge of computers and Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Passion for guiding participants in their academic journey, from initial lead generation to enrollment,
