You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, provide customized career solutions, and guide them through their job search journey with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to assess their career goals and provide personalized guidance on resume building, branding, and interview preparation. Sell and promote resume writing, personal marketing, and career coaching services tailored to job seekers’ individual needs. Develop and execute targeted job search strategies to help clients stand out in competitive job markets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing high-quality, results-driven service. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to service delivery, ensuring a smooth and supportive client experience. Stay updated on job market trends and hiring practices to provide relevant and up-to-date advice. Key Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of resume writing, job search tactics, and interview techniques. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
