Company Description The Carbon Removal India Alliance (CRIA) is the only non-partisan industry-led coalition and ecosystem organisation dedicated to catalysing and supporting the growth of a thriving durable carbon dioxide removal (CDR) sector in India. It exists to accelerate the development, commercialisation, deployment, and co-benefits of CDR technologies in India. Through research, advocacy, dialogues and partnerships, and ecosystem-building, CRIA works at the intersection of climate action and innovation. Most of the leading players in the Indian CDR industry are CRIA members. Role Description This is a 3-month on-site role for an Event Consultant / Intern located in New Delhi. The Event Consultant / Intern will be supporting us in hosting CRIA's flagship event CO 2 Forward 2025 – South Asia’s Premier CDR Summit . The event hosted by the Carbon Removal India Alliance (CRIA), in partnership with The Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation, will be held on 8th December 2025 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi . The role requires strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, coordinate event logistics, and ensure the successful execution of events. Qualifications Event Planning and Event Management skills Proficiency in Outreach and Communication Plan and manage all event logistics aspects on the ground with the venue team and designated vendors Actively promote the event and recruit participants, including support in building event collaterals Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing event requirements Prior experience in managing marquee, professionally managed events is a plus

We’re seeking a dynamic Outreach & Partnership Manager to lead CRIA’s external engagement, drive brand visibility, strengthen partnerships, and grow our ecosystem of members, funders, and collaborators. What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute CRIA’s outreach, communications, and partnership strategy. • Engage with government, industry, investors, academia, and civil society. • Build and manage media relationships; drive visibility through press, events, and digital platforms. • Create high-quality content - newsletters, reports, website, and social media. • Support member recruitment, fundraising, and ecosystem-building initiatives. What We’re Looking For: • 6-8 years’ experience in communications, partnerships, or business development. • Proven track record in agriculture, climate, environment, or sustainability sectors. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and media engagement skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and client servicing orientation.
