Car Sales Executive

Job Description

Greet customers at the dealership and guide them through the vehicle selection process. Understand and assess customer needs and preferences to make suitable recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives. Explain features, warranties, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends. Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and process all necessary paperwork and documentation. Ensure a positive customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
