Roles and Responsibility Perform tasks under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager. Identify potential business customers and collect documents for validation. Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow processes for disbursement. Fulfill sanction ratios as per organizational requirements. Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products with guidance from the Supervisor/Manager. Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with their help. Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations. Job Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. Strong knowledge of car finance and new car loans. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with auditing and RBI regulations.
