We are seeking highly experienced Relationship Managers to join our growing Private Client Group (PCG) segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management with a proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing a book size. The candidate must bring a existing book size of atleast of 50-500 crores and grow from there. The role demands a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, specifically focusing on Ultra HNI clientele, along with a strong capability in hunting new business and managing relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: To provide regular updates to the clients regarding the market changes and subsequent changes to the portfolio To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability To have clear focus on client mining Manage Relations and Investments for HNI clients. Responsible for overall growth of Investment for HNI segment. Increase CASA balance in allocated portfolio either through deepening or Acquisition. To conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker To attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated, understanding of Annual reports Financial Planning and Investment Advisory to HNI clients To do new client acquisition, build new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships To sell Third party products Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs To attend post result concalls, analyst meets for improved client servicing
