Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice Solutions at NTT DATA, your primary objective will be to manage and implement a consistent and sustainable practice aligned with the overall business strategy. You will play a crucial role in business development, practice development, and product management functions to drive success within the assigned geography or practice while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Support the creation of the strategy for the practice to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery. - Manage the transformation and growth for selling the particular practice across the assigned geography and portfolio/solution. - Own and optimize the solution portfolio investment for the owned business solutions, aligning with business strategies and priorities. - Identify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure financial viability for deployment. - Lead and manage a team of individual contributors, ensuring performance goals are achieved. - Facilitate regular practitioner or delivery training activities and maintain a community of practice for sharing information and best practices. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and manage a technology roadmap for delivery capability. - Conduct solution design reviews, implement standards and tools for new solution architecture, and recommend continuous integration for tooling to support regions with automated build, test, and deployment. - Specify market requirements for current and future products or solutions through market research and client engagement sessions. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in technology-related topics with a natural interest in information services and technology. - Extended knowledge of business and products/solutions. - Extended analytical mindset and ability to make sense of complex issues. - High degree of personal maturity and confidence. - Extended persuasion and influence capabilities. - Extended operational management capabilities. - Extended understanding of technologies, project delivery methods, and marketing communications in promoting solutions.
