Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Execute capability roadmap for the region, in line with the regional strategic priorities and Annual Business Plans. 2. Adherence to sales capability budget, seek approval of the budget and adhere to the same. 3. Execution of the Sales Capability blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization. 4. Content creation based on training needs in accordance with the regions ZSM. 5. Post effective training to be tracked and monitored continuously. 6. Carry out periodic and timely training need analysis as per the business requirement using the various tools and instruments to measure the levels of knowledge, skills and competencies, sales performance data and feedback from the regional sales team. 7. Constantly coach, guide and do market work with low and marginal performer enabling them to achieve company targets. 8. Develop the training calendar content and pedagogy for the sales region based on the identified needs in consultation with the National Sales Capability Manager. 9. Design, develop and deploy timely induction programs for all sales staff including off-roll. Review the induction program contents periodically in terms of products and processes by keeping a tab on the changes on account of decisions around them/ new launches/ new geographies/ structural changes, process audit reports/ compliance status etc. to make them contemporary. 10. Deployment of sales product and process training programs for on-roll and off-roll staff in the Sales function to meet the sales objectives. 11. Facilitating training as per plan and measuring their effectiveness in co-ordination with National Capability Manager. 12. Monitor performance of sales team and highlight gap areas with low performers along with appropriate interventions. 13. Report capability scores and related data as well as skill level tracker in specified format to National Capability Manager. 14. Monitor OJTs and PJP schedules by capability and sales team to ensure compliance as per the norms set in capability plans, carry out sample check on SOP compliance and report to National Capability Manager. 15. As a capability in charge of the region demonstrates ownership and be a role model for the entire sales force.
