Job description:

Design White Belt and related LSS Training programs and deliver to multiple locations.
Monitor the progress and schedule of Lean Six Sigma White Belt projects.
Support and guide the project leader to successfully complete White Belt projects and Green blet projects. Maintain Dashboard for projects and ensure on time deliveries.
Demonstrate success in implementing Lean & Six Sigma initiatives that resulted in significant process improvements.
Conduct weekly / fortnightly / monthly governance reviews at various levels to stay in line with Project timelines.
Proficient in Statistical Tools & applications (A3 Sheet, 7QC Tools, Process capability, FMEA, 5S, Regression etc.)

Designation range: Assistant Manager - Deputy Manager

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Pharma / Biotech.
Relevant certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
