Planning, scripting, test data creation and executing performance tests for all new functions being developed as a part of the Identity platform initiatives - both infra and functional. Accurate reporting of performance results and providing sign offs for all scheduled/unscheduled releases/milestones at least bi-weekly.

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Must have full time graduation degree
• Experience across multiple types of testing i.e., Performance, Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, Resiliency and system integration
• Experience of working on Technical and Functional Requirements
• Experience in planning the Test Strategy as per Business
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes for web applications from Requirements Documentation and other specification documents
• Experience in developing business based functional test scenarios
• Experienced in Test Environment Setup and customizing Final Reports to summarize the testing process
• Experience in creating, modifying and enhancing both manual test scripts and test scripts created by automation tools - LoadRunner, Neoload, Jmeter
• Extensive expertise in Performance testing of Desktop / Mobile / Web and Web services using wide variety of industry standard load / performance testing tools (LoadRunner, Neoload and Jmeter)
• Performance Testing, Proof of Concept, Effort Estimates, Performance Engineering
• Expertise in creating Scripts for load and performance testing on different protocols like ORACLE 2 TIER, RTE, COM/DCOM, WEB (HTTP /HTML and URL), Mobile, Cloud, Seibel-Web, Tru-Client, GUI (QTP scripting), Citrix-Web, SAP-GUI, SAP-WEB protocol and WEB & REST Services
• Can understand the business needs on the applications and their performance requirements and identify bottlenecks
• Ability to analyze Load Test Results effectively for the business to take easy decisions by generating reports and graphs extensively
• Expertise in Bug Reporting, Tracking and Documentation and reports using Quality Centre, Rally
• Profound insight to determine priorities, schedule work and meet critical deadlines within budgetary guidelines
• Performance Tools: Load Runner, NeoLoad, Jmeter, Blaze Meter and Web-Load
• Test Management Tools: HP ALM PC and Issue Tracker
• Version Control Tools: GitHub, Jira, Rally and Tortoise
• APM (Application Performance Monitoring) Tools: Data-Dog, DynaTrace
• Log Aggregator Tools: Splunk and Kibana.
• Functional-Automation Tools: QTP, Test Partner & Selenium
• Network Sniffer Tools: Fiddler, Dev-Tools & Y-Slow
• CI/CD: Jenkins
• Scripting Languages: Shell and JavaScript
• Proficiency in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad
• Knowledge of scripting test scenarios using languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby, to automate tests and simulate user behavior
• Ability to use and interpret data from monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, Splunk etc is essential for identifying performance issues in real-time
