About The Role We are on the lookout for a Administration of servers used by GGH What You'll Do Maintaining business continuity of IT systems (server on premise and cloud environments, disk arrays, tape libraries, SAN networks, operating systems, virtualization systems, backup systems), Preparation, supervision and verification backup copies of IT systems and storing backup media in accordance with established procedures in cooperation with the security department, securing and updating IT systems. Cooperation with hardware and software suppliers in the scope of services covered by service contracts and warranties. Taking immediate actions to remove the system failure and restore its proper operation as quickly as possible. Significant and successful experience designing, implementing and managing Office 365 in the enterprise. Performing duties and handling service requests outside standard working hours in accordance with the developed schedule. Make reviews related to repair, modernization, scrapping and hardware/software purchase. Ongoing technical support for users as the Third Level of Support, solving problems in applications running on servers. Excellent experience using different Hypervisors, e.g., VMware Virtual clustering and troubleshooting experience with Vmware. Performing control tasks provided for in daily, weekly, monthly and periodic administrative work schedules. Participate or lead projects in IT infrastructure development. Develop and monitor policies for the use of servers and systems resources. Develop and update technical documentation. The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets within the GGH organization, including hardware, software, and licenses. The role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, cost optimization, and supports decision making by providing insights into asset usage and inventory. Tasks & Responsibilities Include '1. Maintain and update the IT asset inventory across GGH, including hardware, software, peripherals, and cloud subscriptions. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and company policies. Monitor the asset lifecycle, from procurement to deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and retirement. Support vendor management by providing data on asset performance, renewals, and contract compliance. Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, costs, risks, and compliance status. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT operations teams to forecast needs and optimize asset usage. Assist with audits (internal and external) by providing accurate and up-to-date asset data. Design and improve processes related to IT asset management, ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within IT asset management. Provide training on asset management policies and procedures. Requirements Education Level: Master’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Information Systems 5-10 years of relevant experience. We are currently looking for: Global IT Security Expert - IAM Position of broad specialization, with main area focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this role employee will lead and advance the strategic security operations and engineering initiatives across GGH related to Identity and Access Management, ensuring robust protection of digital assets, infrastructure, and operational continuity. The Security Expert will drive innovation, influence global security posture, and serve as a key advisor on risk mitigation and compliance.
