Key Responsibilities: Money Collection: Visit customers regularly to collect loan repayments or deposit amounts. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions. Submit daily collection reports to the branch or supervisor. Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers to open savings accounts or enroll in financial services (PMJDY, insurance schemes, etc.). Assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification and form filling. Educate customers about banking products and government schemes. Field Reporting & Coordination: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Coordinate with branch officers for approvals, updates, and customer queries. Report any field-level issues or fraud concerns promptly.
