Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Python and modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Python (preferably Flask) and Angular/React. Build and integrate APIs ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and development planning. Key Responsibilities: Build, train, and validate machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering to support NBA use cases. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on both structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights and identify behavioral drivers. Design and deploy A/B testing frameworks and build pipelines for model evaluation and continuous monitoring. Develop vectorization and embedding pipelines using models like Word2Vec, BERT, to enable semantic understanding and similarity search. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows to enrich recommendations by integrating internal and external knowledge bases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to deliver data-driven Next Best Action strategies. Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. Practical experience with text vectorization and embedding generation (Word2Vec, BERT, SBERT, etc.). Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and hands-on experience in building RAG pipelines using LangChain, Haystack, or custom frameworks. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., PostgreSQL with pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as NER, text classification, and topic modeling. Sound understanding of supervised learning, recommendation systems, and classification algorithms. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Basis JD & desired profile details : To Maintain & Ensure uptime of SAP S4Hana & its integrated Systems such as PO, Solution Manager, DMS & Fiori System. Daily Monitoring & Reporting of Overall SAP Systems Health & ensuring backups & Troubleshoot by self & also update to reporting manager. Coordination & support with Backup & Network team for any kind of troubleshooting & issue resolution. Monitoring & reporting work for Operating System (RHEL & IBM AIX) including cluster. Support & Co-ordination during OS Patching/Upgrade activities. Solution Manager Related activates: CHaRM, Service Desk, and Early Watch Report Alerts. Study of EWA action & coordinate with team for subsequent actions. To generate Early Watch Alert (EWA) reports & Study, Analyse & take necessary steps for implementation. To Perform SAP Transport Requests as per Solution Manager ChaRM process & taking timely actions on ITSM requests of Users for roles & authorization/its objects. To Schedule & Monitor of SAP Background Jobs. Do troubleshooting & take appropriate action for cancelled jobs. Daily monitoring of ABAP Dumps-Error determination & Troubleshooting. To maintain Databases in healthy state (Hana/Sybase-ASE/Maxdb). Involvement in Upgradations, Troubleshooting & in Performance tuning activities. To support & involve in various Up-gradations & Patching in SAP landscape: Kernel, SAP software components, version upgrades. SAP GUI Installation, SAP Spool & printing troubleshooting. Involvement & support in different activates in S4Hana & Integrated environments including Cloud based platforms such as BTP/CPI & Cloud Connector based systems. Support & working for the SAP Audit points compliance & Access review activities using GRC-QuickAudit application. SAP Service Marketplace Activities: Incident Management, System connections open based on tickets logged, saprouter certificate renew. etc. To download & apply SAP-Notes (including security notes) with proper tracking & documentation & troubleshooting. To help & perform Quality System Refresh & Client copy etc activities. Involvement & working for DR Setup/Drill Support Activities. Ensuring Hana & Sybase DB Synchronization. Working & Co coordinating with ETL team for day today work as if he is ETL employee.
