We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with or for Canadian clients and a good understanding of Canadian accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Work with accounting software (QuickBooks is a Must)
Requirements
• 4–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Familiarity with Canadian bookkeeping standards and tax norms
• Proficiency with accounting and automation tools
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
