About the Role

Campus Success Manager

Although the main focus will be on assessment and placement activities, your responsibilities may expand depending on business needs, giving you exposure to various facets of operations and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleges and TPOs to plan and implement offline assessment drives.
• Oversee student registrations, mock tests, and pre-assessment communication.
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution during assessment events (logistics, student management, query resolution, etc.).
• Share assessment outcomes with students, colleges, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide real-time updates to internal teams regarding on-ground activities.
• Maintain and prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Analyze data to derive insights on student performance, participation, and effectiveness of drives.
• Assist the team with other operational tasks as required by the business.
• Foster strong relationships with students, colleges, and internal teams through proactive communication.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proactive mindset and problem-solving ability with adaptability to changing requirements.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Comfortable managing on-ground operations and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to colleges for assessment drives.
• Male candidates preferred (due to frequent travel and field responsibilities).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
