Job Description

Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
Represent the company at campus recruitment events, career fairs, and student meetups.
Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives, including hosting presentations,
workshops, and interviews.
Develop strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for internships and full-time
roles from campuses.
Oversee the resume screening process, conduct initial assessments, and manage the
interview process in collaboration with hiring managers.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment
with candidate selection criteria.
Maintain and track key campus recruitment metrics (e.g., offer acceptance rates, time-tohire,
candidate experience).
Prepare and present reports to leadership on recruitment effectiveness.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment
process, maintaining communication from first contact to onboarding.
