Job Description

Role & responsibilities Campus Recruitment: Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Graduate and Post Graduate colleges Organize and participate in campus events, job fairs, and workshops. Build relationships with universities and colleges to promote the company's employer brand. Employee Engagement: Design and execute employee engagement programs that enhance workplace satisfaction. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and engagement levels. Collaborate with management to develop initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture. Onboarding Process: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture. Create onboarding materials that reflect the company's values and mission. Learning & Development: Promote continuous learning opportunities within the organization. Support training sessions and workshops aimed at skill development and career growth. Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels between employees and management. Regularly update employees on company policies, benefits, and engagement activities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR, campus recruitment, or employee engagement roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus. A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and personal development.
