Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that support campaign goals and address buyer needs across the BPO and CX industry.
  • Create clear positioning and messaging frameworks that highlight key differentiators and support sales teams.
  • Produce a variety of content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, emails, and sales enablement assets.
  • Work closely with Brand, Communications, and Campaign teams to ensure consistent voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Optimize content for paid channels such as Google Ads, Demandbase, LinkedIn, Meta, StackAdapt, and Spotify.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to create content that addresses buyer pain points and accelerates deals.
  • Maintain and manage editorial calendars for multi-channel and outbound campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to convert strategy into compelling visuals and copy.
  • Review and edit all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Analyze content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience with strong skills in positioning and messaging.
  • Experience in BPO or CX-focused organizations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing content for enterprise audiences, especially in North America.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across both short-form and long-form content.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Demandbase, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience creating content for lead nurturing, retargeting, and outbound campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with global, remote teams.
  • Ability to plan content strategies for various personas such as CXOs, Operations Leaders, and Procurement Heads in industries like digital commerce, healthtech, or fintech.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword-focused content planning.
  • Understanding of ABM-focused content strategies and sales enablement frameworks.
