Role Overview

The Google Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects. The role demands deep expertise in Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads at the lowest CPL.

Key Responsibilities:-

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns:

    Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing

    .
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for real estate projects.
  • Create and optimize ad groups, ad copies, landing page mapping, and conversion actions.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, quality score, and campaign pacing.

Performance Optimization

  • Reduce CPL and improve lead quality through continuous A/B testing.
  • Track CTR, Conversion Rate, CPC, Quality Score, and Impression Share.
  • Optimize campaigns based on project location, audience behavior, and lead conversion trends.

Lead & Analytics Management

  • Integrate and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Coordinate with CRM team for lead flow, lead quality checks, and CPL reporting.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Industry-Specific Expertise

  • Must understand real estate funnel:

    lead site visit booking

  • Should know how to target NRI, HNI, and city-specific homebuyer audiences.
  • Experience in running campaigns for plotting, apartments, villas, or township projects is essential.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, CRM, creative, and management teams for campaign execution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies related to real estate.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in

    Google Ads

    , Display & Video 360, and Audience Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of

    landing page optimization

    and tracking tools.
  • Advanced understanding of

    bidding strategies

    (Maximize Conversions, tCPA, tROAS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Certifications preferred:
    • Google Ads Search Certification
    • Google Display / Video Certification
    • Google Analytics Certification
