Overview

The Campaign Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring campaign deliverables are executed on time, aligned to strategy, and coordinated across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage intake, briefing, and trafficking campaigns across SVOD, FAST, paid media, and owned media.
  • Build and maintain campaign trackers, ensuring deliverables are on schedule.
  • Coordinate workflows between Marketing Ops, Merchandising, and Copywriting.
  • Route assets for review, approvals, and QA across workflow systems.
  • Keep all campaign assets neatly organized in folders and maintain archives in Box or Google Drive.
  • Support campaign launches with organized schedules and last-minute troubleshooting.
  • Edit, resize, or make minor adjustments to creative assets using design tools when needed to meet platform or campaign specifications.
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and are properly formatted for delivery.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, escalating risks or blockers early.
  • Ready to work US hours: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm ET / 7:30 am – 4 pm PT

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign coordination, project management, or creative trafficking services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in workflow tools (Box, Monday, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to make basic edits or adjustments to creative files when required.
  • Understanding of creative file formats, asset specifications, and design review processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in trafficking, QA, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in streaming, media, gaming, or consumer entertainment.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
  • Project coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing certifications preferred.
