We are seeking a proactive Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce company services. Understand client needs and present suitable service offerings. Maintain daily call logs and lead sheets. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with interested prospects consistently. Maintain a courteous and professional tone during all interactions. Coordinate with the sales/business development team for closures. Achieve weekly and monthly targets Requirements Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales calling roles. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi , Punjabi (English is a plus). Strong listening and persuasion abilities. Confidence and a positive attitude on calls. Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (Extra earnings based on leads generated or deals closed) Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
