Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to gather information, provide customer service, and support recycling initiatives. Tasks will include data entry, updating customer records, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and data entry
• Ability to accurately update and maintain records
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using call management and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the environmental services sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
