Job Title: Telecaller – Collections Location: Noida (Work from Office) Salary: ₹3 - ₹3.5 LPA Contact - deeksha.rajawat@pw.live Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller to join our Collections team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers for payment reminders and ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups Maintain accurate records of calls and payment commitments Resolve customer queries related to dues or payments Achieve daily/monthly collection targets Maintain a professional and polite tone in all interactions Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in collections or telecalling preferred Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel Working Days: 6 days a week (Day shift) Show more Show less
