Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Pramukh Test House, located in Surat. The Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and complaints, and providing information about services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills and active listening Customer service experience and ability to handle customer queries effectively Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of calls Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Gujarati (Optional), Hindi, and English is preferred Marketing calls to be done and handled.
