We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Bilingual Client Relations Assistant with fluency in Punjabi and English. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of call center experience and a proven ability to communicate effectively with prospects and clients. This is a remote role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects in both Punjabi and English. Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into appointments. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly. Maintain and update client databases and schedules. Assist with administrative tasks to support the real estate team. Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly targets. Qualifications: Fluency in Punjabi and English (spoken and written). Minimum of 1 year of call center or telemarketing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment. Work Schedule: Days: Friday to Wednesday (off Thursday) Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) And 7:30 Pm - 5:30 Am India Standard Time( IST) Compensation: Competitive base salary with commission incentives based on performance.
