Key Responsibilities: Monitor, evaluate and auditing inbound and outbound calls. Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback. Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance. Prepare call analysis reports and share insights with the management. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred). Fluency in English is mandatory Strong listening skills.
