Role Description:

We are seeking sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented professionals to join our team. Maintaining consistent quality is crucial to our success. In this role, you will begin by manually auditing sales calls to identify what defines a successful conversation at Error Makes Clever. Your primary focus will be to uphold high-quality standards by ensuring every lead is effectively managed and utilized. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring daily progress reporting and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manual Call Auditing: Listen to and review a large volume of recorded calls against predefined quality and compliance benchmarks.
• Insight Generation: Find what’s working well, common challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and share clear, data-backed reports on call quality and team performance with sales managers and stakeholders—until the automated quality tool is implemented.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience, preferably in roles requiring strong attention to detail (e.g., quality assurance, auditing, proofreading, or analytical customer service/sales).
• Exceptional Listening & Analytical Skills: Ability to listen deeply, catch small details and understand conversations deeply.
• Pattern Recognition: Skilled at connecting insights from multiple conversations
• Strong Communication: Able to present findings clearly and constructively in written reports and discussions with the product and sales teams.
• Objectivity & Integrity: Consistent, unbiased, and disciplined in evaluating performance against standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
