Job Description

Role & responsibilities The position will manage call centers complete operation and will work on bringing efficiency in all the processes. He/she will be taking care of all KPIs which is driving call center. Will be responsible for driving conversions of various inbound and outbound campaigns. Will ensure proper training on CRM, SLIMS, Product and Process to reduce the Average call handle time from current to the target assigned. Will help and guide call center agents to upsell HCU packages. Interaction with Patients, Consumers, Doctors, Centre Manager, Home visit HUB manager, Business process and Internal Staff. Preferred candidate profile More than 16 years of experience into call centre with healthcare domain Exposure in Call center setup.
