The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide necessary information about hospital services. Schedule appointments for patients with doctors and maintain appointment records. Address patient queries, provide assistance, and ensure excellent customer service. Maintain and update patient records in the system. Coordinate with different hospital departments to ensure smooth communication. Follow up with patients for feedback and address concerns promptly. Handle emergency calls and direct them to the concerned department. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Proficiency in using computers and MS Office applications.
